Why is the training and communication so important with cleaning?

Good training is required to fully utilize a cleaning regime while communication is required to pass this knowledge from one “generation” of users to the next.

A view of a light tan wood table from above. On the bottom is a small green link that has white text in it that reads: environmentally sensitive cleaning solutions. On the desk is a leaf at the top of the image with a napkin that has an embroidered branch with small buds and leaves on the bottom. In the center of the image is a rectangular shape in light tan with a ProfitMax Chemical P logo as a watermark to the left side of it. On the top is a small gray quote graphic. Beneath that in capitals, it reads ProfitMax Chemical Quote of the Week. Then under that is a quote that reads "Cleaning that is environmentally sensitive is a continual process of discovery and implementation of solutions." And it is credited to Tim Bluhm.

“Cleaning that is environmentally sensitive is a continual process of discovery and implementation of solutions.”
