Degreaser recommendation from ProfitMax Chemical.

Score is the basic degreaser in the Sunburst Chemical line up. The orange, citrus scented chemical is the primary degreaser used by most Sunburst dispensers and is the intended cleaner for floors and equipment in most meat markets. Score is a much loved product thanks to its high versatility and it’s the only degreaser in the Sunburst catalog that can be handled without gloves. For most customers, it’s one of the few unavoidable chemicals due to its central role in regular food prep cleaning.

As the name suggests Score degreaser’s primary purpose is to degrease a department.

It’s the primary application for the Master Blaster spray kit and is used when cleaning up most food preparing departments. It can also be used as a soap in the three bin sink in a pinch or when the dishes are too greasy for the standard dish detergents. It is also viable for some janitorial purposes, particularly those involving grease for obvious reasons. This means that next to the Sentinel from Sunburst sanitizer, Score is the most widely applicable product in the Sunburst lineup.

Score is designed as an easy to use and most importantly safe degreaser.

Compared to Grease Release, Attack, or more potent degreasers Score is relatively soft and neutral. It is safe to handle, does not produce negative byproducts when mixed with other chemicals, and does not leave environmental contaminants behind. The mixture can become thick and slimy if the water is too hot, but water temperatures high enough to do that are in violation of most health codes to begin with.

(remember, 8 seconds of exposure to 140 F water will result in third degree burns)

Score is a product focused on fundamentals and in that it excels. It provides a central suite for cleaning around which the rest of the basic lineup can assemble. In everything other than the laundry room.

Score emulsifies grease and oil on food preparation and meat cutting surfaces as well as walls, floors, or any hard surface.

It Rinses easily and leaves no residue or film.

This degreaser contains one hundred percent active ingredients with no water or fillers added.

The heavy duty surfactants, oil and grease removers, food soil detergent and water conditioning agents in Score lift soils and leave surfaces shining and clean.
